Being a small-to-medium business with a long history in Melbourne’s West gives us a sense of belonging to the local community. deluxe drycleaning tries to remain engaged in the community through associations with a range of local community organisations, sporting groups, schools, fund raising events and employing local people. We have donated our time for the cleaning of the Western Bulldogs little league jumpers since 2001, and have been heavily involved in the Bulldogs Friendly Business program for businesses in the West. Other associations include the Australian Light Foundation, Footscray Primary, Chisholm College, the West Footscray Football Club, Loud Shirt Day, and others. Garments left uncollected on our rails for more than 12 months, after attempting to contact customers, are donated to The Diabetes Foundation to help people in need. Our hangers are made from 100% Australian steel from One Steel and are manufactured in Melbourne by King Coat Hangers, our soaps and detergents are sourced from local suppliers who also supply Australian made products.
